My name is Katie Christian 

I’m a female hormone health specialist focused on female biology.

I suffered with PMDD. It was debilitating and it destroyed my life. I felt completely lost in my own body.

I was told it was stress. I was told it was just part of being a woman. I was offered surface-level fixes that never addressed what was actually driving it. That didn’t sit right with me.

So I went deep into female biology. Hormones, metabolism, thyroid function, the nervous system. I needed to understand why my body was reacting the way it was and why no one was explaining it properly.

What I discovered changed everything. Women are being managed using research and performance models built around men, then left to think they’re unstable when it doesn’t fit.

Now my work is about making female biology make sense.

I help women understand why their energy shifts, why their mood changes, why their body feels different, and what to actually do about it.

And I work with businesses to build stronger, more profitable teams by reducing burnout and retaining high-performing women through proper education on female biology.
